Sirenephone

I don’t know what was going on with the German toy makers in the early part of the 20th century, but many of them seemed to be bringing out saxophone-shaped toys that resembled each other. But then come to think of it, so were many of the real German saxophone makers at the time!
This quirky Sirenephone looks pretty much like a longer version of the Luxophone. (If the seller-provided measurements can be believed that is.)

The seller described this horn like this:
Offering this incredible rare old toy German made saxophone. The side inscription says Sirenephone.
Item measures just under 7 in height and is primarily flat.
The seller of the Luxophone claimed that their little horn was 4 ½” long. Hey, maybe the Luxophone is a soprano!
Whatever these various instruments are, they were obviously built as a novelty items, and not a serious musical instruments.
